What You'll Do:
 Lead a team of 3 Workday consultants and collaborate directly with the client.
 Ensure client requirements are understood, met, and effectively implemented.
 Review testing processes and oversee requirements gathering and validation.
 Drive Workday implementations for Finance and Grants Management and related modules.
What We're Looking For:
 Workday Certification in Finance and Grants (active certification required).
 3-5 years of experience in Workday Grants Management, Finance, and Projects.
 Proven ability to lead teams and work directly with clients in dynamic environments.
 strong skills in requirements analysis and testing processes.
 Industry experience in government preferred; higher education experience is acceptable.
