What You'll Do As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Your duties will include: Providing service to patients in a professional and empathetic manner Delivering excellent, concise communication to patients and internal stakeholders Learning and understanding the operation of our ETM software and billing/account operations Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries Researching and resolving problems with patients' bills Updating patients' insurance coverage as needed Printing courtesy claims and itemized statements Rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed Performing other duties and assignments as requested Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Understanding and familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously Strong communication skills (oral and written) Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus!
