Key Responsibilities
 Execute data enrichment tasks as per the training provided by the client.
 Perform credentialing-related duties, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications.
 Liaise with various state boards and credentialing organizations to secure status updates and verifications.
 Maintain the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards.
 Validate information sourced from third-party entities by utilizing online databases for cross-referencing.
 Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required.
Required Skills
 Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
 Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
 Ability to excel in a remote work environment.
 A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
Qualifications
 A minimum of 6 months' experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service role is preferred.
 Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
