Key Responsibilities
 Actively source, interview, and hire talented sales associates to fulfill team growth objectives.
 Collaborate with new agents, guiding them through their initial business steps up to their first 10 closings before transitioning them to the Director of Sales.
 Partner with sales associates to set and achieve career goals, conducting regular one-on-one check-ins.
 Inspire and motivate team members while holding them accountable for their performance through consistent reviews.
 Oversee lead management and ensure adherence to follow-up standards.
 Facilitate sales and business meetings, assist in script practice, and support agents in lead generation efforts.
 Establish goals for team members, create project plans, and facilitate their career advancement.
Required Skills
 Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a talent for building rapport quickly.
 Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
 Proficient in goal setting, planning, and driving accountability.
 Proven experience in recruiting and fostering top talent.

 Familiarity with sales processes is essential; experience in real estate is advantageous.
 Technologically adept with proficiency in computer systems; experience with MLS is a plus.
