Role Overview:
You would play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values success and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
 Engage with benefits inquiries provided by the company to identify and assess client needs
 Present our products/services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business
 Achieve or exceed monthly targets and contribute to team success
 Collaborate with the team and management to refine strategies
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends
Qualifications:
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 Basic computer knowledge using online systems
 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
