Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
