Responsibilities
 Delivering specialized care for a patient with trach, vent, and G-tube.

 Monitoring the patient's respiratory and nutritional health during shifts.

 Administering medications and tube feedings.

 Performing routine assessments, interventions, and adjustments as necessary.

 Communicating with the care team and maintaining accurate patient records.

 Developing strong, supportive relationships with the patient and their family.
Requirements
 Current Colorado LPN license.

 Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care preferred.

 Current BLS/CPR certification.
,
 Strong clinical and communication skills.
,
 Ability to work independently in a home care setting.
,
 A compassionate, patient-focused approach to nursing.
