Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. Strong understanding of talent acquisition techniques and best practices. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications. Strong organizational and time management skills.
