Key Responsibilities: Executive Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement executive compensation strategies that align with Chewy's business objectives and ensure competitiveness in the market. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and benchmarking data to make informed decisions regarding executive compensation packages. Executive Pay Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of executive compensation, including salary, bonuses, and equity plans, to ensure alignment with company goals and performance. Compensation Program Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and modify executive compensation programs, ensuring they attract and retain top talent. Compliance: Ensure all compensation programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, providing recommendations for changes when necessary. Communication and Education: Effectively communicate executive compensation programs to executives and stakeholders, providing education and guidance as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CECP) preferred. 5+ years of experience in executive compensation management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing executive compensation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
