We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our business customers by providing excellent product knowledge and professional service. Our Customer Service Representatives complete sales by meeting with local business owners to about their telecommunication services.

Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Complete in-person business-to-business sales process
ΓΒ Handle customer inquiries and complaints
ΓΒ Educate and present the customer with information about the products and services
ΓΒ Troubleshoot and resolve product issues or concerns and provide creative solution options to fit their specific needs
ΓΒ Document your experience with the customer so we can analyze data for future market research
ΓΒ Through our training program, develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

ΓΒ Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
ΓΒ Ability to build rapport with other people and or clients
ΓΒ Ability to prioritize a main task and complete multiple duties throughout the day
