Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact
In this part‑time, remote position you will be the backbone of arenaxflex’s high‑volume charge and payment processing workflow. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Accurately transcribe data from source documents—including charge tickets, insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and patient payment records—into arenaxflex’s proprietary billing system.
Manage and prioritize a high volume of charge and payment transactions while consistently meeting production targets and accuracy benchmarks.
Review assigned charge work queues, identify incomplete or discrepant information, and initiate follow‑up with appropriate internal stakeholders.
Analyze insurance EOBs to ensure payments and adjustments are applied in accordance with contractual agreements; document any discrepancies for escalation.
Perform auxiliary clerical duties such as scanning, electronic filing, mail processing, and assisting with patient registration when needed.
Collaborate with the Central Billing Office team via virtual meetings, chat platforms, and shared dashboards to maintain real‑time status updates.
