Key Responsibilities
 Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat.
 Deliver precise information regarding products and services to customers via chat.
 Schedule appointments based on customer requests and needs.
 Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
 Capture customer contact information to assist in lead generation and client follow-up.
 Summarize customer interactions according to their specific needs for client insight.
Required Skills
 Strong customer service abilities and capacity to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficient typing skills, with a minimum requirement of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred).
 Basic understanding of internet and Windows-based computer applications.
 Ability to multitask effectively; experience in gaming is a plus.
 Positive and professional attitude, with a strong capacity to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Qualifications
 Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
 Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
 Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
 High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.
 Candidates must successfully pass a background check.
