For more information, please visit www.cancerchecklabs.com Job Summary: Reporting to the CMO, the Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for: Job Responsibilities: • Schedule meetings and manage calendars effectively. • Coordinating with partners. • Communicating and holding meetings with partners, vendors in the US via email and over zoom. • Follow up on emails, prioritize correspondence, and maintain communication flow. • Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodations for business trips. • Conduct ad hoc research projects as assigned or needed by the CMO. • Help in compiling marketing data. Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Occasional weekend availability may be required • Night Shift, Work US hours (between 10 am to 6 pm Central Time) • 25–50 hours per week Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any field. • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing roles. • 5-10 years of overall work experience. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Key Skills: • Excellent command of written and oral American English • Experience, proficiency in communicating and holding meetings with partners, vendors in the US via email and over zoom. Preferred Skills: • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in marketing roles.
