Job Description: Are you an experienced Human Resources professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive talent management strategies in a dynamic and inclusive environment? American Express is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team for the 2023 recruitment season. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of top-tier talent. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals effectively. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication. Provide guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and conflicts. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to enhance the employee experience. Talent Development: Implement learning and development initiatives to support career growth. Identify training needs and coordinate workshops, seminars, and other educational programs. Collaborate with leaders to create individual development plans for employees. Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on goal setting and feedback. Assist in identifying high-potential employees and implementing succession planning. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to recommend necessary updates. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a large corporate setting. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
