Position: Partnerships Manager (Remote in IL)
Position Summary
The CMP Partner Development Manager is responsible for driving new business opportunities with CMP partners, prioritizing proactive outbound engagement while leveraging inbound partnership inquiries to support growth.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
ā¢ Identify and outreach to new strategic CMP partners with shared values to help the team build a strong pipeline and develop new partner relationships.
ā¢ Execute community partner outreach, growth and stewardship strategy in collaboration with managers and other internal teams.
ā¢ Onboard assigned new partnership accounts and meet or exceed annual individual KPI's and fundraising goals.
ā¢ Utilize approved communication (presentations, emails, phone, contracts) and create and deliver formal and informal presentations to new partners in small and large environments (both in-person and virtual).
ā¢ Provide regular progress updates to manager, ensure account revenue forecasts are accurate each month and accounts are moving through the sales pipeline.
ā¢ Ensure that all required data is captured in Salesforce, accurately and fully maintain all relevant partner records in Salesforce, and utilize exception reports to identify and correct any data errors or omissions.
ā¢ Collaborate with Operation Warm departments (Marketing, Programs, Accounting, and Operations) to ensure seamless program execution and drive partner satisfaction and growth.
ā¢ Train partners to access and utilize tools on our partner portal, assist with order configuration and placement, work to eliminate receivables, and answer partner questions as needed.
ā¢ Act as knowledge point and remain abreast of all current partner and team activities.
ā¢ Work harmoniously with all Operation Warm departments to exceed personal and organizational goals.
ā¢ Attend (occasionally lead) and participate in Operation Warm in-person events.
ā¢ Ensure forecast for assigned accounts is accurate.
ā¢ Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Qualifications
ā¢ BA or BS undergraduate degree.
ā¢ 3 years account management or donor/client facing experience.

ā¢ Experience with nonprofit organizations is a plus.
ā¢ Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments.
ā¢ Demonstrated business acumen.
ā¢ Experience in preparing and presenting to an audience.
ā¢ Relationship oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ā¢ Detail oriented with well-developed organization skills.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to work well with a team.
ā¢ Must be flexible and adaptable.
ā¢ Ability to organize and manage customer expectations and deliverables.
ā¢ Ability to think on your feet and problem solve in real-time.
ā¢ Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, One Note).
ā¢ Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems.
ā¢ Spanish language proficiency a bonus/is preferred.
ā¢ This position requires some travel.
