LRA Radiologists perform high-level sub-specialty reads while maintaining strong general skills.

• Partners equitably share all aspects of the practice including after-hours shifts as well as home remote reading shifts.
• Paid time off averaging 13 weeks/year (combination vacation weeks and random days off).
• Partners can buy and sell shifts to maximize flexibility and suit each individual’s optimal work/life balance.
