Description Are you a passionate educator with a knack for building relationships? We are looking for a dynamic Preschool or Elementary School Teacher / Educator to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone with an education background and a sales mindset, who thrives on connecting with people and supporting their success. As a key part of our team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners in the Tampa area, guiding them from onboarding through renewal. This is a remote role, but regular in-person visits to our partners in Tampa and the surrounding areas are required. Flexibility is key, as some evenings and weekends may be needed to provide the best support possible. Skills • Strong initiative, resilience, and an ability to work independently • Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills • Proven ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions • Highly organized and comfortable using project management tools • Confidence in making outreach calls to engage providers and teachers • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required Responsibilities • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners • Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, needs, and concerns • Conduct regular onsite check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback • Design and implement an engaging onboarding process for new partners • Develop and execute partner success strategies aligned with company goals • Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with partners • Provide comprehensive training and resources to maximize partner success • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution • Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Generate reports on key partner success metrics • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop cohesive partner strategies • Assist with customer support issues across the entire customer base Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field • 3+ years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school setting • Passion for early childhood education and advocacy Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • Degree in Education or relevant field Experience Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher Why work in Tampa, FL Tampa, FL, is known for its vibrant culture, beautiful weather, and a variety of recreational activities.
