The role's primary function is to ensure that all partner inquiries are addressed within four business hours, upholding our commitment to responsiveness and service quality. Additionally, the Partner Specialist plays a crucial role in the continuous improvement of partner management systems and processes, particularly through the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform. Timely Response to Partner Inquiries: Ensure all partner requests sent to [email protected] are addressed promptly, meeting the service level agreement of a four business hour response time.
Process Improvement and Scaling: Identify common issues faced by partners and develop scalable solutions, which may include enhancing the PRM, creating self-service documentation, and revising existing processes to increase efficiency.
Operational Management: Administer the PRM system and ensure that it supports a seamless partner experience, from sign-up through ongoing engagement.
Communication and Partner Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, managing communications through emails and meetings, and providing clear, helpful responses to inquiries and escalations. Who we’re looking for 2+ years of experience in a partner management, customer success, sales, or operations role, preferably in a SaaS or security/compliance-related industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to partners and internal teams.Experience using CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms, or similar).Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams.A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering excellent partner experiences.Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or NIST is a plus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.
