Overview - 100% Remote Sales Staff (Our staff is working remote, everyday across the U.S.A) - HubSpot CRM with real/relevant customer base of companies & contacts within these industries - Commission Based pay structure – minimum earners annually earn $149,000 annually selling $100K month in products • *No Micromanaging – No over-the-shoulder interrogations – No “quick call” meetings • *Continuous product/sales training weekly with our staff • *You MUST either Be Great, or Want It More than Everyone Else. We Serve (3) Industries - Transportation - Industrial - Energy All industries that are recession proof, and $1BN per year in annual spending Responsibilities • High level of concentration in outbound outreach methods including phone, email, social media, etc. (Our reps average 110+ Calls Day) • Foster relationships with owners, managers, directors, etc. that make key decisions in purchasing equipment/parts • Document current status of customer base in company CRM system, superior follow up skills • HIGH LEVEL of communication daily including majority outbound to assigned contacts • Complete sales in a timely manner, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. (Sales cycle is 24-72 Hrs. Mostly) • Maintain monthly retail sales volume metrics, track personal KPI’s to inspect what you expect -Industry Average Outside Sales Reps earn $135,000 Annually - our compensation structure ensures reps are exceeding $149,000+ annually** Daily Structure - Our Team moves incredibly quick, we use (2) systems on a daily basis.
