A Day in the Life of a Part-Time Weekend & Night Shift Service Dispatcher:
Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer needs via email
Schedule appointments with customers and maintain an organized system
Document and record correct services, and keep track of account changes
Assist with miscellaneous office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
Work Schedule: This part-time position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends, with flexibility and multiple shifts available.
