Part Time Virtual Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating clients' books in QuickBooks Online and should have atleast 3 years of experience working with multiple clients in QuickBooks Online. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Completing tasks in Asana
• Categorizing transactions in Quickbooks
• Reconciling accounts
• Review financial reports
• Matching receipts in Quickbooks and managing expenses
• Providing support for other bookkeeping tasks as needed
• Organize and lead clean up projects
• Review financial reports for accuracy
Requirements:
• Live in Florida
• Must be Quickbooks Online certified
• Experience working with Asana, Google Suite, and Lastpass
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High degree of proficiency with Google Suite, especially GoogleSheets
Hours:
This is a part-time position, with an initial commitment of 15-20 hours per week. The candidate should have the flexibility to work most hours on weekdays during normal business hours. This position has the potential to grow in hours for the right candidate.
