Remote Full-time
We are seeking an experienced International Trademark Attorney, Paralegal, or Specialist with strong trademark prosecution experience to join our growing international trademark team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of trademark matters while collaborating closely with a small, highly skilled group of trademark attorneys and professionals across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a part-time contractor position, approximately 15 to 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time retainer based on performance and business needs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious, with the ability to manage trademark matters efficiently from start to finish. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys client-facing work, values precision, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and provide clear opinions on availability and risk
• Prepare and file trademark applications in the United States and internationally, with primary responsibility for filings in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Canada, as well as other jurisdictions as needed
• Manage trademark matters throughout the full lifecycle, from intake through registration
• Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and timely manner
• Draft client correspondence efficiently, using AI-powered tools and templates where appropriate
• Provide high-quality customer support and guidance throughout the trademark process

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 or more years of hands-on trademark prosecution experience
• Strong experience with U.S. trademark practice and procedures
• Demonstrated experience with Australian, New Zealand, European Union, United Kingdom, and Canadian trademark systems
• Attorney, paralegal, or legal assistant background required
• Direct experience working at U.S., Australian, European, or UK law firms, or under the supervision of attorneys, is strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong research, writing, and communication abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Comfortable working efficiently and leveraging technology to streamline workflows

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated trademark professional seeking flexible part-time work, meaningful responsibility, exposure to international trademark matters, and the potential for a long-term full-time engagement with a small, collaborative international team. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
