Part Time Tik Tok Content and Community Manager
Zebra is on a mission to clean up your bathroom shelf-starting with safe, fun, and non-toxic essentials like deodorant, toothpaste, and lip gloss. We're looking for a creative and scrappy TikTok Content & Community Manager to launch and grow our TikTok channel from the ground up.
This is a remote, part-time role for someone who’s obsessed with trends, storytelling, and building a loyal following, especially in the clean beauty or wellness space.
What You’ll Do:
• Launch and manage Zebra’s TikTok account from scratch.
• Create original, on-brand, trend-driven content featuring our deodorant, toothpaste, lip gloss, and more.
• Develop a weekly content plan and posting cadence that drives views and engagement.
• Help grow our Superfiliate affiliate program by identifying and coordinating with TikTok creators for UGC and product partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze performance (views, likes, shares, comments) to iterate and improve.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, audio, and platform updates—and help us pivot to the next best platform if TikTok evolves or transitions.
You’re a Fit If You:
• Are deeply familiar with TikTok—especially the health, beauty, or clean living side of the platform.
• Have experience creating TikTok videos that get noticed (bonus if you’ve worked with a brand).
• Are comfortable filming, editing, and posting content independently.
• Understand UGC and how affiliate/influencer programs work.
• Are proactive, organized, and excited about working in a startup environment.
• Bonus: You’ve worked with influencer platforms like Superfiliate or similar tools.
