COMPENSATION (DEPENDING ON WORK HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE)
$18 / 30/ Hour Starting Pay
DESCRIPTION OF THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ā¢ Light Inbound/Outbound calling to welcome and set up new customer accounts.
ā¢ Verifying address information and appropriate first responder jurisdiction in the event of an emergency
ā¢ Responsible for entering and checking subscriber's account information and updates on our system
ā¢ Maintain confidentiality of information obtained in course of employment
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
ā¢ Ability to carry one's self in a positive manner on a daily basis
ā¢ Seasoned with dealing with peers, superiors, and people in general in a professional manner
ā¢ Reputable habit and track record for excellent attendance and being punctual in the workplace
ā¢ Showcase organizational skills - ability to prioritize, detailed oriented, and ability to multi-task
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
ā¢ Prior stability in the form of employment and customer service experience is a plus
ā¢ Solid keyboarding skills - Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
ā¢ Knowledge or Skilled in Microsoft Office is a plus
ā¢ Subject to pre-employment drug screening
