Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Telehealth Therapist (Evenings & Weekends) at Elayan & Associates, PLLC. The Therapist will provide Telehealth counseling services during 2-3 evenings a week and weekends (Saturday morning or afternoon). The role involves conducting therapy sessions, assessing patient needs, and providing mental health support remotely.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active and valid license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist) in Illinois.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience providing Telehealth therapy and using virtual platforms.
- Strong skills in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clinical excellence.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as primary availability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of mental health assessments and treatment
- Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
