Job Summary

As a Part-Time Supervisor Customer Service, you will play a critical role in overseeing and training Customer Service Representatives, Operations Agents, and Skycaps at our station. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various Ground Operations Teams, with Safety as the top priority. This role requires a strong leader who can provide guidance, coaching, and direction to team members, while also driving performance and achieving key metrics.

Key Responsibilities


Coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, Employee satisfaction, and Customer satisfaction
Respond to and resolve Customer inquiries, requests, or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Manage daily airport operations to create a safe, secure, and compliant customer-conscious environment
Meet or exceed performance objectives through effective decision-making and resource allocation
Assign and follow up with Agents for training compliance and ensure accurate delay coding
Collaborate with all Offices to maintain the Station's on-time performance and report updates to leaders and employees consistently
Drive performance processes by forecasting operational situations, monitoring and achieving results against key metrics, and holding individuals accountable for outcomes
Work with staff to build schedules that meet department's hourly objectives and perform administrative duties daily, such as shift schedules, closing reports, daily work assignments, daily payroll, and attendance reports
Ensure proper administration of work agreements or contracts, emphasizing minimal work disputes
May perform other work-related duties as directed by Employee's Chiefs


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services, including Customer needs assessment, quality standards for services, and evaluation of Customer satisfaction
Knowledge of relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements and their applications
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, and record keeping


Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered:


Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the aviation or customer service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
