Responsibilities
- Support monthly closing activities by ensuring all financial data is accurately reflected.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with organizational standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable guidelines.
- Assist in processing accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
- Create and record journal entries to reflect asset, liability, and equity transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial reporting and compliance efforts.
- Help identify areas of improvement in accounting processes and suggest solutions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3+ years in an accounting role focusing on month-end close procedures.
- Demonstrated experience with accounts payable (AP) and journal entries (JE).
- Familiarity with working in environments that require handling multiple currencies is a plus.
- Availability to work one of the specified shifts: 5am-2pm, 6am-3pm, or 7am-4pm.
- Strong commitment to the assigned role and the willingness to start in October.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Education Requirements Credential Category
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, specifically with month-end closing responsibilities.
- Experience navigating accounts payable and practicing journal entry posting.
- Familiarity with managing financial operations in a remote capacity.
