We are looking for Customer Service Representative with potential to get licensed as an agent later on. Associate will be responsible to handle service requests on inbound calls and for walk in customers. Other responsibilities include making 100- 150 outbound calls per day. Benefits and Dental Benefits Available (Full Time Associates) Retirement Plan (Full Time Associates) Responsibilities Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information Handle in person customer requests at the front desk of our office Be a team player to help grow the agency Make 100- 150 outbound calls per day Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage Requirements Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple systems. Punctual Confident self - starter who works well independently Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills Annual Salary The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
