About The Position Bliss is hiring! We are looking for the perfect addition to our busy team in our Kennebunk, Maine location. This is a part-time retail position (up to 32 hours per week) with room to grow. Nestled in the Seacoast city of Kennebunk, Bliss exists to empower customers to elevate their everyday and feel confident, stylish, and uniquely themselves—in both their personal style and their home environments. Our storefront is bustling, and we need retail associates with the energy and motivation to thrive in our boutique! Working harmoniously as a team is essential, as is making everyone who enters the store feel comfortable and welcome. The part-time retail sales associate would be part of an outgoing, self-motivated, team-orientated (and coffee-loving) group. Days are spent multitasking: assisting customers with warmth and assertiveness and keeping the store bright and beautiful.
