Position Description: Part-Time Remote Veterinary Receptionist As a Remote Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert customer service and support while working remotely. Your role will involve managing appointment scheduling, responding to client inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our client's veterinary services. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, both in English and Spanish. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for veterinary services, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and veterinary teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for clients and pets, adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards. Process payments, manage client billing inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Assist in handling medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations. Provide information about services, procedures, and pet care to clients, addressing their queries and concerns. Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations, including coordinating with multiple veterinary hospitals simultaneously as needed. Follow up with clients regarding their pets' appointments and care, demonstrating a genuine interest in their well-being. Attend company meetings and participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry developments. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a veterinary practice, preferably in a reception or administrative role. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and veterinary teams. Proficiency in using computers and veterinary software, such as Avimark (experience with practice management software is a significant advantage). A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 9 Mbps upload (please be prepared to provide a speed test result as part of your application).
