This position involves maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information, processing and verifying data, and ensuring that the information is accurate and complete. The successful candidate will have strong typing and data entry skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
Job Type:
Full-Time Remote Position (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
2. Verify and log receipt of data.
3. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output.
4. Maintain and update workflow record regarding work completed and work pending.
5. Assist other administrative staff in file management and other tasks.
6. Generate regular reports and submit them to management.
7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
8. Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
