We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-time Remote Social Worker to join our Telehealth team. This flexible position offers the opportunity to provide vital behavioral health support and crisis intervention services to clients in a virtual setting. It will require only 3 hours per week initially, with opportunity to add hours based on strong performance.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist patients with identifying a local primary care providers and scheduling new patient visits.
ā¢ Assist clients with navigating healthcare systems, including insurance plans and primary care practices.
ā¢ Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions.
Qualifications
ā¢ Licensed or certified in social work with relevant credentials.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of social work practices, health insurance plans and primary care practices.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a flexible schedule that accommodates client needs.
