Part-Time Remote Sales Assistant

We’re Groundwork — a faith-founded start-up bringing fractional land investing to the world. In our first 11 days, we added $6.3M to our waitlist, and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and reliable Sales Assistant to help us grow — starting part-time (10–20 hrs/wk) with the opportunity to scale into a full-time role as the company grows. What You’ll Start With: • Reaching out to prospective investors and scheduling follow-ups • Researching investor leads and organizing data in our CRM • Creating light automations and helping us streamline workflows • Supporting the CEO on quick-turn administrative or project tasks Within 1–2 Months: • Take full ownership of investor outreach tasks • Manage CRM data and keep communication pipelines running smoothly • Support more directly in investor-facing communications and reporting Long-Term Growth Opportunity: This role is designed to grow with Groundwork into a core operations and executive support role — someone who can: • Anticipate what’s needed before being asked • Keep investor communication tight, timely, and professional • Protect the CEO’s time and help projects move forward • Think strategically about how workflows and systems tie together What Makes Someone Great at This Role: • Detail-Oriented: You catch typos, errors, and odd trends quickly • Organized: You can juggle tasks without letting things slip • Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions, you make smart calls • Strong Communicator: You write clearly and adapt to your audience • Fast Learner: CRM? You’ll figure it out quickly • Curious: You want to understand how the pieces fit together Bonus Points if You Have: • Experience supporting executives or sales teams • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), Gmail, and automations • A love for building order out of chaos Hours & Location: This is a remote position, flexible hours (some overlap with Eastern Time is preferred).
