Position: Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Ā Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Ā Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights.
Ā Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Ā Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions.
Ā Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Ā Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ā Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Ā Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
Technical Requirements:
Ā Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Ā Computer or laptop with up-to-date operating system and antivirus software.
Ā Headset with microphone for clear communication.
Ā Quiet and private workspace free from distractions.
