Part time remote Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a private couple. This is a part-time, remote position (approximately 20 hours per week), ideal for a proactive individual who excels in managing personal, administrative, and digital tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Ā Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ā Travel Planning: Research and book flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business and personal trips.
Ā Household & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with household staff, contractors, and service providers.
Ā Personal Shopping & Errands: Online purchases, gift sourcing, and occasional local errands (if applicable).
Ā Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with organizing social and professional events.
Ā Administrative Support Across Multiple Businesses: Handle emails, correspondence, document organization, and expense tracking.
Ā Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and manage communications for a successful blog.
Ā Medical Appointments & Records: Schedule and track medical appointments, manage health-related documents, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.
Ā Art Collection Management: Maintain records of artwork, provenance, appraisals, insurance, and exhibition history.
Ā Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with various one-time or special projects as they arise.
Ā WordPress Familiarity (a Plus): Basic knowledge of WordPress for blog updates is helpful but not required.
Ā Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive personal and financial matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ā Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Ā Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Experience with customer service and managing schedules.
Ā Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
Ā Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate needs.
Ā Discretion and professionalism are essential.
