Part-Time Remote Operations Manager
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support the Owner and help keep our internal processes, client communications, and reporting running smoothly. This part-time, remote role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys creating structure that helps a creative team thrive.
Estimated 5–10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow as the role evolves. Must be available for timely communication during standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and organizing the Owner’s email inbox, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication
- Assist with client communications and scheduling
- Facilitate pricing estimates and proposal development
- Help develop internal systems and processes that improve efficiency
- Manage project tasks and timelines in ClickUp
- Monitor and ensure accurate time tracking in Harvest
- Perform light bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Oversee and deliver all monthly reporting and internal progress updates
- Place and manage print orders with vendors as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in operations, executive assistance, or project coordination
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with platforms like ClickUp, Harvest, QuickBooks Online, and Google Workspace
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
