Role: Migration Expert (Google Workspace to M365)
Location Remote(USA)
Job Type: Part Time
Work Hours: 20 hours/week - working closely with stakeholders in PST, anticipate afternoon EST meetings

ā¢ Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
ā¢ Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level
ā¢ Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations
ā¢ Effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
ā¢ Ability to evaluate end-user business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and then
develop and implement the appropriate technical solutions
ā¢ Fluent English oral and written communication
Product And Functional Skills
ā¢ Experience in migration projects, specifically from Google Workspace to M365
ā¢ Experience in migration from Google mail to Exchange Online using MRS (1st party tooling)
ā¢ Experience in migration from Google Drive and Shared Drive to OneDrive and SharePoint using Migration
Manager (1st party tooling)
ā¢ Experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz (3rd party tooling)
