About the Role
As a Hospital Service Technician (HST) at Agiliti, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of medical equipment within our partner hospitals. This part-time, remote opportunity requires a strong and diverse skillset, a commitment to quality customer service, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll be responsible for delivering patient-ready equipment, communicating with clinical staff, and maintaining a professional relationship with hospital personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
Confidently communicate with clinical staff on equipment features, functionality, and other relevant topics.
Provide quality service, perform to quality standards, and meet both customer and company metrics.
Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following all company and hospital protocols.
Maintain a professional relationship with all hospital staff and other personnel, acting as a subject-matter expert in customer service.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience, with prior work experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our systems and technology.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
The ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time.
The ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in medical equipment management or a related field.
