Part-Time Remote Dental Manager / Treatment Coordinator – Soft Sales
Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, experienced dental professional (office manager or treatment coordinator) to guide doctors through short, structured intro calls. These are scheduled Zoom or Google Meet conversations—no cold calling, no pressure. Just calm, clear communication and a step-by-step process.
This is a great fit for someone who understands the rhythm of a dental practice, enjoys consult-style conversations, and is looking for flexible, remote work.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct 15–30 minute video calls with doctors or healthcare professionals
• Follow a clear 7-step discovery script (we train you)
• Build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and document responses
• Relay call notes to our leadership team
• Occasionally assist with follow-up emails or scheduling
Who You Are:
• Experience as a dental office manager or treatment coordinator
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Zoom or Google Meet
• Quiet home workspace with reliable internet
• Able to follow structure while sounding natural
• Bonus: you’ve worked directly with doctors or presented treatment plans
Compensation & Schedule:
• $17–$20/hour based on experience
• Part-time (approx. 10–20 hours/week)
• Flexible schedule — early mornings (even before 8AM) are helpful
• 100% remote
• Optional long-term upside for those who help build the team or grow the project
