The reputable business is interested in seeing recently graduated finance professionals, any finance graduates with 1-2 years post graduation alongside any candidates with a strong interest in getting into a long term career in Finance, to supply them with exposure to a large range of financial functions and duties. Job Description
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Ensure receipts and payments are coded and posted to the correct ledgers
Processing transactions and reconcilling accounts
Support the accounting department in day-to-day operations
... Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial data
Process invoices, expenses and payments
Follow up on outstanding debts
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the team's objectives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Entry Level Finance Assistant should have:
A strong interest in finance and accounting
Finance and Accounting Graduates are preferred but not essential
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
Competent IT skills, particularly with spreadsheets

A salary in the region of £21,000 to £23,000 per annum
