As a key member of our information management and analysis team, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data indexes used for data/text mining, analysis, and informed business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Under moderate supervision, plans and executes cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of data indexes utilized for data/text mining, analysis, and informed business decision-making. Gains insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources. With moderate guidance, creates solutions from initial concept to production and communicates results to a broad range of audiences. Effectively utilizes current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, through an understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis. Regularly uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation. Mentors less senior staff, works in cross-functional teams and projects, and frequently presents to management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or Finance. Five (5) years of work experience in analysis and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. Proficient in analysis software and applications. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered an Asset Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile. Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical modeling; discrete data analysis.
