Ā Foster positive interactions with survey participants, maintaining neutrality and professionalism throughout the data collection process.
Ā Participate in ongoing training and support provided by your Team Lead and colleagues to enhance your skill set.
Ā Achieve project objectives and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Ā Capability to work seated for extended periods.
Required Skills
Ā Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
Ā Clear enunciation and the skill to read accurately from a script.
Ā Professional demeanor with the capacity to remain impartial during interviews.
Ā Basic computer proficiency, especially in accurate data entry and typing.
Ā Ability to meet established performance standards.
