Our local government client is hiring a remote & part-time Executive Assistant at $30/hour (W2) to support their team in Rockville, MD.
Responsibilities...
Review contracts briefly for completeness and accuracy.
Fill out an Excel sheet with contract details for the Contracts Manager.
Request the upload of contracts for approval by the Contracts Team.
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience in a contracts and marketing team performing extensive MS Excel projects
- Must have worked in commercial pharma industry
