Provide technical leadership and support to various production teams, ensuring seamless execution of recorded, live, and broadcast events
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, and manage engineering systems, including video capture and display technology, signal flow, and IP infrastructure
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, attending conferences and workshops to ensure our systems and processes remain cutting-edge
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of our systems and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity across the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, or related discipline)
Proven experience in engineering leadership, with a strong background in video production, post-production, and broadcast systems
Expertise in various equipment, including Multidyne, AJA, Envision Switch, Barco E2, EVS, Christie and Dolby Projection, Clearcom Free Speak II, and RTS radio systems
Strong understanding of content creation and post-production workflows, including knowledge of common recording and playback formats and standards
Experience with HDR production, including S-Log3, HLG, and PQ workflows
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
