Responsibilities
Ā Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
Ā Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and client feedback in the software system
Skills
Ā Proven experience in outbound calling and telemarketing.
Ā Strong technical sales background with the ability to understand product specifications.
Ā Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ā Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
Ā Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing leads.
Ā Ability to develop business relationships through effective communication.
Ā Experience in warm calling and inside sales is highly desirable.
Ā Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
