Part-Time Receptionist (Remote) – Phones & Student Scheduling - Contract to Hire
We are looking for a reliable and professional receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will primarily involve answering incoming calls and assisting with scheduling students.
This is a remote position with a unique schedule — you will be working every other week, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, consistent part-time work.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide basic information and direct calls as needed
Schedule and manage student appointments
Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings
Communicate clearly with internal team members
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling phone-based work
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and responsive
Prior receptionist, admin, or customer service experience preferred
Schedule:
Part-time
Every other week (alternating weeks)
Hours can be discussed based on availability
