The Role: Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Part Time Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Project Coordination : Track project milestones and deadlines, ensure tasks are completed on schedule, and monitor progress to adjust timelines as necessary. Meeting Management : Schedule and organize meetings for project teams, stakeholders, and clients; prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. Calendar Management : Maintain and update project-related calendars for team members and stakeholders, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and adjusting timelines or appointments as needed. Communication : Serve as the point of contact for project-related inquiries, communicate important project updates, deadlines, and schedules to relevant parties, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Documentation : Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, meeting notes, reports, and action items; prepare and update status reports to share with project managers and stakeholders. Qualifications: Essential and Preferred To be eligible for this position, you must: Reside in an active HUBZone (check your HUBZone status here ). Have three or more years of experience in project coordination, with a proven track record of success in a corporate setting. Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with excellent organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, with a minimum of one year of experience. Demonstrate strong administrative skills, with experience working on large, complex projects and handling proprietary and confidential information. Preferred qualifications include: Experience in coordinating teams and clients, with proven success in working with all levels of management. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
