Job Overview As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each interaction is professional, courteous, and tailored to the customer's needs.
