Your Role: Providing Exceptional Fan Experiences As a Part-time Product Services Agent, you will be responsible for: Providing top-notch customer support to our fans via our customer support platform (Zendesk), addressing their queries, and investigating potential issues. Monitoring our digital fan engagement products during live matches and events to ensure seamless operation and escalating issues when necessary. Conducting dedicated testing of our products to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with our global team of Producers, Product Managers, Account Managers, User Experience (UX) Specialists, Designers, Developers, Quality Assurance (QA), and other Support staff to deliver exceptional fan experiences. The Ideal Candidate: Passionate, Proactive, and Customer-Focused We're looking for someone who: Is a student or looking for part-time work in the sports tech industry. Is passionate about sports and digital platforms. Is authentic, enthusiastic, and proactive in their approach. Can prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively within a team. Is adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats when necessary. Is empathetic and conscious of tone when providing user support. Is comfortable working with remote teams and co-workers. Essential Requirements: Flexibility and Commitment To succeed in this role, you will need: A willingness to work a fluctuating schedule, including some hours outside common business hours. The ability to work at least one weekday shift and one weekend shift each week. Flexibility to take on additional shifts during busy periods, such as major sports events.
