GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: Position Purpose: The Patient Care Technician is responsible for providing excellent patient care, education, and instruction while performing fulfillment duties, such as inventory and logistics, to support the sales team's selling function . ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Principal accountabilities and responsibilities include the following: · Schedule, coordinate, and complete setups/adjustments/pickups with patients · Educate and instruct patients on the Ermi program/protocol · Maintain accounts in the company CRM · Clean, package, and return devices to the home office as necessary · Maintain clean and compliant storage facility and inventory counts · Follow all federal and state healthcare regulations and company policies · Other duties as assigned by the supervisor EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
